21.03.2019 (Thursday!), 15:00-18:00

3W04 Seminar Room, ICT Building (2nd floor), Technikerstraße 21a, Innsbruck

Lab Description

In this lab, we outline how PwC implements cyber risk management processes at clients. The main objectives of such processes are to identify risk relating to information systems, and initiate appropriate countermeasures. We define such risk as the product of the probability of a loss event and the magnitude of loss associated with its materialization.
Based on this definition, we flesh out a cyber risk management process with sub processes and diverse process components. The learning target of this lab is to gain an understanding of the different sub processes and their interactions, implemented by PwC at clients such that they can effectively and efficiently manage cyber risk.
