EA embraces all the processes reqired to document, to analyze and to plan an enterprise`s IT landscape. Based on the experience of many projects and long discussions with both customers and academic researchers Inge Hanschke consolidate a comprehensive and practical toolkit for the strategic management of IT landscapes. In the lab you she will educate some of these best practices.
This lab reflects the existing frameworks in EA, e.g. TOGAF. Additionaly, the presentation uses many checklists, guidelines, and illustrations, which help you to immediately apply the content.

Inge Hanschke is Managing Director of Lean42 GmbH. Her assignments include the Lean42 EAM methods. During the 26 years since gaining her degree in information technology, she has worked as IT manager for user-side enterprises, an ERP product company, and IT service providers. She has successfully aligned both IT and service portfolios with a view to the business’ requirements.
